Faggiola means fresh and genuine products, result of the goodness of milk of our territory, coming from the pastures of the Tuscan Appennines. Our cheeses are different, they are real craft works: exclusively handcrafted, one by one, by our Master Cheesemakers, who accomplish each creation with wisdom and sensitivity, and with all due respect that a living product such as milk deserves. Moreover, with Faggiola you have the security of a certified quality: we have received the certificates both by Tuscany Region and by the Consortium for the control of organic products.
